Such frugality might be too extreme for now in light of the wealth America can diatribute to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan but then wasn't it exactly negligence of domestic affairs that caused the downfall of George Bush Snr despite his huge success in putting the Allied Forces together for the first Gulf War?
