I lived in Ankara from 1962-1964. At that time Ankara had a population of about 1 million now it is about 8 million. Everything looks newer and much more traffic. I would like to return to see it again some day. I was stationed with the US Army at the time.

Hey CBM, Ankara province has a population of 5.5 Million and the City of Ankara and its metro area about 4 million.

This video is recorded in Çayyolu which is quite new district of the city. Probably the foundation of this disctrict dates back to 30 years ago. Not more.
