A Typical Day in My Life from 4:30am

  • As requested, here's a typical day in my life working full time as a gym supervisor, with weightlifting training, part time study and any other projects that may undertake.
    A fun video to make and I hope it gives you insight on some of my tasks and responsibilities of working in a gym.
    In preparation for my True Grit training, I am raising money for their charity partner, Black Dog Institute - an Australian medical research institute that provides services, deliver programs and conducts research on mental health; specifically on depression and bipolar disorder.

      Thank you! At the moment I have a hard cut off from work at 10pm and I’m asleep by 10:30pm 👌
