I think this is the most deaths I've seen in one match ever, wowza. The Balrog really is an utter beast, but those Dale archers were lethal, such great shooting there.

Just got to finish off Goblin Town, Mordor and my Last Alliance 800pts. Then onto Moria. Love the orange. Was going to go that theme on cloth to link into fire of the balrog.

Great batrep. Looked like dale would win it for sure with those archers getting the kills and holding the middle but it all flipped once the balrog got in and those courage rolls failed.
Seems unfair that for the points you can bring the balrog AND all those goblins. There’s no way to tackle the balrog without something really hard hitting

As a note, when you are supported against goblins, there is no reason to not feint with a swordsman. You fight value going down doesn't matter when you have support
new rules fienting can only be done by units with higher fight. lower fight can stab but if they lose they take a s 2 hit.
BALROG!!!!! I like to Feint with the Balrog against F6-and-below models that can't Strike - not sure it would have made a difference here, but needing "not 2s" is great!
I have played heaps of games with the Balrog and never even thought to feint hahaha I'll do that from now on!
how was moria not quartered?
It may have been but in this scenario I doesn't matter if you are quartered
