    Would you use the same technique for sandstone?

      If it's hard enough to use this style of bolt, sure.
      If it's soft and you need to use glue ins, you can drill like this or you can drill a little bit downward

      G'day from Australia!
      I usually use a short sling (eg 30cm sling or prusik) girth-hitched around the handle. I show this in another video, 'What do I need to bolt a rockclimb?' around 7:30

      DeWalt DCH 172. I've done lots of testing for it, it's about the best small hammer out there
