Wow. She just beat Lynna Irby over 400m. Lynna has the potential to be a great 400m runner having already gotten a silver medal at the U20 iaaf world championship.
Sydney needs to run all the way the finish line. She slowed down with about 30 meters to go and could've lost.

chris leggett she didn't slow down on purpose man. She said in the interview that she needs to work on her last 50. She just tied up badly because she went out so quickly in the first 300.
Can we just acknowledge that yesterday, Sydney ran this exact same time with hurdles. That progression is crazy!
