I take Hippo7 vitamins these days :) It's really handy because they have 7 essentials commonly supplemented by vegans in one. I've also been adding Four Sigmatic protein powder to my smoothies lately to ramp up the nutrition even more!

What are the portion sizes for the wraps?
It's pretty much up to you (and your hunger level), but usually one person per wrap or you can do half with a bowl of greens :)
