A West Coast Swing fitness video would be bomb. I used to do social dancing 3x a week. Within a year of stopping(due to moving to a very small town with no dance scene) I had already put on 40 pounds.
Having a good core is amazingly important for dance. I can see that the both of them would pass core class!
