I've recorded footage for another one of my classic build guides, just need to edit it. It would fit the no DLC description, how well it will work for very hard hardcore I'm not sure.
@@EvanderQuill thanks and maybe you should do a 76 build I know that games on the downside but I feel like it’s more harder to make a build in that game

How come you check pass 100 speech level if you 80 to speech - caesar's asistant general
I take the comprehension perk at level 6 and use a "Meeting People" magazine. With that perk, it temporarily boosts speech by 20
