I love these little flip books! I really like the z fold one too. I will be making some of each for a larger journal I am working on. I love all the inserts, flip, flaps, folds, pockets and tucks. 😆 ❤️ And I love all the colors. I make junk journals, but mine are not the tradional neutral colored ones. Even when I do tea or coffee dyed papers, I have a lot of colorful scrapbook papers, stickers and other embellishments. Your paper crafts are gorgeous, vibrant and always festive. I love it! Thank you! ❤️
Oh My Goodness! I could binge watch you all.day.long! These little flip books are just the cutest things ever. I am just over the moon with your channel. Sooooo happy I found you.
I'm binge watching your tutorials. 😍🥰👌🏼 I love the way you put colors together. I struggle with mixing colors. I love all the ways to use the small embellishments. I have so many too. TY 👍🏼😃 😇🌷
Love this, Michelle! With all the paper I hoard....I mean, "collect," it would take my days to decide what paper to use! 🙄 You make the process look so easy. Great job and very pretty! 👏👏💖
I loved it! I'm so ready for those fresh spring colors! I think I will add one of these to a new journal that I just ordered from Alease. Thanks for sharing!
Love this variation, and the door with the tab is so cute (wouldn't a small die cut rabbit with the paper springing thingie be cute, so he'd pop up/out when you open it??)...This is great for flat mail....I used to do pocket letters, and they are fun, but with 9 pockets, and two sides to decorate, they were more time consuming than I imagined them to be, but, so nice b/c they mailed as a letter, in a business size envie with a small up- charge (17cents) b/c they were not machinable/flat....less than a dollar (you can't beat that).......... And yes, I enjoy seeing your process, it's fun, inspires new ideas and the tips are helpful (when I was making your tri-fold I added an element, didn't look right and I remembered your tip to add layers, and that made all the difference..I tend to avoid layers, probably b/c I'm frugal..but I have a ton of stuff and it needs to be used)...TFS!!
Aw thanks again! What an adorable idea to do a pop up. I’ve oddly never done one! So glad my tips are helping you and I need to go peek at your board today!
@@Pinkstrawberryz This shows a paper spring (it's a matter of folding a strip of paper over on itself.) bookzoompa.wordpress.com/2010/03/07/paper-springs/ (link to instructions is here: bookzoompa.wordpress.com/2010/03/14/how-to-make-a-paper-spring/) These are old school, lol.
@@Pinkstrawberryz This shows how to make the action wobbles...I make them in different sizes and keep them on hand...you punch 2 circles (size depends on what they are being attached to) and wind some wire around a marker a couple of times, scotch tape each end of the wire to the circles)...I hot glue mine to the element I want to wobble. These are flatter than the ones you buy...any wire will work, it needs to be flexible enough to wrap easily and still maintain it's shape. This video says 18 guage..I use think jewelry wire...I probably got it at Walmart of the Dollar Tree.
