the funny thing is, he started his carreer as a raggae/dancehall artist with the gimmik of delivering his lyrics in his native saxonian dialect and over time developed into a all around great artist in reggae/dancehall/r'n'B and rap.
Through Colors I realized other languages music and i have never been more at peace and ease and just straight vibing...thank you!

That's because english and dutch are germanic languages, human beings understand languages of the same root easier. Italians understand french easier because of the romanic language root, croatians understand polish easier because of the slavic root. Those are the 3 main roots of the indogermanic language tree in europe. Intelligence is helpful in the sense of recognizing certain patterns more likely, but definitely not the sole reason. It's way more complex than that.
