hmm, dunno if it counts as a romcom as such but certainly go seek out this film (i will think of the name of it in a minute..!) if you haven't already seen it~ years ago i remember coming across a rental dvde and it was a super simple little story but i really liked the movie. i know the main characters were joshua, donald sutherland and juliette lewis. i really like those other two also as actors so i remember thinking, 'sweet.. can't go wrong!' aurora borealis.. that was it. i loved him in that and my weird little attraction (to an actor, someone i don't even know) grew from that film. i have often thought there are NOT enough films with joshua jackson in them!
He was brilliant as Dr. Death. His character arc from the college football jock to the boated, drug addled "doctor" was as good as Al Pacino as Michael Corleone. A very talented actor.
I like the comparison with Pacino/Corleone and I agree. As Dr Death he even played madness incredibly well because that man had a serious personality disorder. In this series Jackson definitely proves how talented he is as an actor! Hope he'll play more complex characters like Christopher Duntsch in the future.
I simply adore Josh Jackson and his ability to first understand the characters he is playing and act them unbelievably real ! I am so curious how he is gonna reflect Dr.Duntsch ‘s ego and evil side ! All the best JJ 😇
Joshua Jackson should definitely receive an award for this film....he should get involved in mental health awareness and raise awareness specifically for "Narcissistic psychosis"! ...I couldn't imagine what it would take mentally to actually play the roll of a true psychopath ! I think he did a great job.
Jenelle Riley...top notch interviewer. Not once did she interrupt him while he was responding. And the questions were actually well thought out and flowed well in response to what he was already saying. Instead of just going through a list of prepackaged questions already asked in 5 million other interviews. Great job!
Loved Fringe! This show was so underappreciated. So underrated... The 5th season should be 6th and they should make the 5th season now and change/edit/add some bits throughout the whole series as they would if it wasn't for FOX forcing them to do other stuff. Amazon or Netflix would pay for it and then the whole series would be released again as 'Fringe - Creators Cut' or something. This show was so under the radar, that now it would found a whole new audience!
