I know it's not the smartest thing to do but I'd get as many of my animals as I could before leaving a burning building. I couldn't live with the guilt of not trying to save my pets.
lpsrose tv luckily for you the cats and dogs will probably follow you out and the rabbits are outside?!(putting a question mark because I don't know if rabbits live inside or out and I don't know if your pets are trained to follow its owner
I have 2 cats. I keep a medium size carrier in my room with both a sturdy shoulder strap and backpack straps on it. Inside is a manilla envelope taped to the roof with photocopies of important documents, (ID, insurance cards, health records, etc.) emergency contacts/map, a spare car key, $50 cash, and a credit card. And on the side is a small pocket. inside that is a utility/pocket knife, a lighter/matches, battery charger. I also have a small airtight bag inside with a 2-3 day supply of dry cat food. Long story short, I do this so that if there were an emergency in which I had to evacuate quickly, Id just toss the cats in the carrier and go! Because otherwise you spend precious time trying to figure out what to do, what to grab, etc. And no matter what any professionals advise, Im not leaving my "babies" behind.
@@murderousjarvis well its in my bedroom where I, and the cats, spend a majority of our time at home. I also have a bed they can't hide under because I wouldn't be able to get them out. . . Its not fool proof. Ive just had too many bad things suddenly happen either to me or those I am close to (and maybe seen one too many disaster movies) that I guess Ive turned into a bit of a doomsday prepper (not "end-of-the-world doomsday," just typical everyday disasters) So I try to think of anything before it happens. Like I always make sure to keep a card visible in my wallet that says "in case anything happens to me, I have cats at home alone" with emergency contact #. Ive had people tell me that that's kind of a scary way to live life, always trying to imagine the worst that could happen. But I find it more comforting to know that when/if shit goes down, I don't have to panic (in theory) or worry that my cats will be forgotten.
OH MY GOODNESS! Whatever we pay these guys is not enough. When I think someone can make MILLIONS of dollars kicking, throwing or hitting a ball.... and these guys are out there SAVING LIVES human and pet while putting their OWN LIVES in danger, it makes me want to cry. The world is just messed up in so many ways.
My dads a firemen, he is a true hero and I love him very much!! Thanks to all men and women fire people and you are all true heroes! And thank god the kitty lived!!!
Real heros! Tremendous respect and love for these guys! And the cat didn't freak out - shows trust, bravery and intelligence in the face of extreme danger.
I've seen stickers on front windows telling the FD how many and what type of animal/s they have. I intended to get one then when I thought about it I realized as much as I adore my cat I wouldn't want a human to put himself in harm's way for my furry roomie. My cat is often outside. That was a hard one and I still question myself.
I'm not saying firefighters should put their life on the line for animals, but what I see from this is a women who probably just lost most of her valuables at least has her cat.
Remember, the cat's owner probably wasn't home at this time. Often firefighters find out from neighbors or the apartment registry about pets, and will go in if there's time.
Amazing. Fire and pieces of the building falling beside him and he keeps at it. Bet the cat didn't help any - they seem to think that the best thing to do is hide.
Exactly like little kids do when they are in a dangerous situation. First place a firefighter looks, when there are kids in a burning building, under the bed...!
Not as much as you'd think... It wasn't moving the trees around, they were in at telephoto. If you're within 100 feet of a chopper it will take your hat off if you don't have the chin strap on. They were a safe distance out... kudos for the steady piloting!
in 2:36 minutes, it shows in the glass where is the lifeguard, the shadows of three people walking is an impossible fact, since they are on the second floor, review and tell me if I'm wrong
@Thelonelyimmortal , thats very rude pets are very valuable to plenty of ppl like me, if my hamsters was in a fire i would risk my life to save them! they are my everything
Mr. LonelyImmortal: (and we're all going to die, you included) Imagine this scenario: You're on the upper floor of a burning building. You can't get out. A firefighter appears at the window. He sees you. He sees a necklace. He grabs the necklace and leaves. And we all applaud.
this guy is amazing though, why would you leave your pet in a burning building its basically like leaving a child in a burning house you cant just do that!
If people didn't get all up close taken pics and video, you wouldn't as easily get to see videos like this. Reporting what is going on is a HUMAN right and in cases like these it provides the simple recognition of heroism that firefighters deserve.
reviewing video again not observe shadows, other reflexes are not perceived in 2:14 minutes starts to form a diabolical face, and there is no glare for 2:36 minutes and are three people walking right toward the left.
I know it's not the smartest thing to do but I'd get as many of my animals as I could before leaving a burning building. I couldn't live with the guilt of not trying to save my pets.
How many pets do you have
How many pets do you have
Eh same
me to I have s hamster and I would not leave until he was safe

Yes
The way the owner was holding her cat when she was saved, was precious!😭

Jesus that's awesome
That is so freaking smart I am going to do that too.
Wow, that’s really covering all your corners!
Now a situation. You are locked out of the room where you keep your emergency stuff.

Awh gorgeous. Thankyou so much to the firefighters and the emergency medical services! :)

Robin Redbreast most fire departments you start out making $30,000 a year.
Rangerfan 2019 Thats not nearly enough as they deserve
AGREE!
Think of the owners of those ball teams making a billion dollars or more! What you gonna do then?
@@Rangerfan-gz1rx and to add on top of that, roughly 70% of all firefighters are volunteers.
Bless our first responders for a job well done.

Whoah people. Some viscous things being said here. Enjoy the moment of one good soul saving another. Nice job fireman!
That is true don't leave your cat behind in a burning building
I love how at the end the EMT comes over and starts checking the cat
I love people who do this if you dislike this video are heartless 😇🐱= could have been dead 💀 but he done it anyway
Good job, I love how the other firefighter goes up and holds his legs so he don't fall :) shows how much they care for each other
Real heros! Tremendous respect and love for these guys! And the cat didn't freak out - shows trust, bravery and intelligence in the face of extreme danger.

Amazing rescue
It was pretty much seven minutes watching some people climb a latter so thank god the cat lived

Shit! I´ve got tears in my eyes! These guyes are angels. This is why I want study paramedic.
"Human, you are.. Tolerable. Without you I _might have_ died. I could've escaped by myself, though."
One more kitty still here, Thank you.
Life is precious, regardless of the species.

Thanks god he save her cat life! Glad her cat is ok!

Y
Y? Because that's his job lol
Jack Modahl good job
My grandfather was a volunteer firefighter. He sadly died due to diabetes :(
firefighter are best peopoles in the world
True
Thank goodness the cat surived!
why is this the third "cat jumps out or saved from burning building" video I've seen on my recommended today?
It took a few minutes for the firefighter to find the cat. All that matters is the cat is alive and safe.
thx for understanding that animals lifes are important
Thank You heros! More kind pepoel in the world Will overmaster the evil one's who kill for fun! Mascha'Allah!!
in 2:36 minutes, it shows in the glass where is the lifeguard, the shadows of three people walking is an impossible fact, since they are on the second floor, review and tell me if I'm wrong
This is the best FIREFIGHTER of the world
its so crazy because i saw a cat food ad before this video
@Thelonelyimmortal , thats very rude pets are very valuable to plenty of ppl like me, if my hamsters was in a fire i would risk my life to save them! they are my everything
Gotta love firemen for what they do.

Nice! Love those 🐱
cats are cute
my dad saved 6 kittens
Is it bad that i'd rather save a cat then a human?
Omg i had no idea this was in my city! Way to go, aafd! ♥ my boyfriend is a trainee there!
poor cat I'm glad the fireman saved it I'm about to burst into tears of joy
yeah I have the same filling
This is really touching omgud❤️❤️😭
I don't want haters but I personally valued pets lives equally to mine. They are creatures too and I say they are just as beautiful as we are
..like the way he's not wanting to hand away the cat to his owner yet
this guy is amazing though, why would you leave your pet in a burning building its basically like leaving a child in a burning house you cant just do that!
im glad she is ok
BLESS our HERO'S #HERO
I am so so glad that fighter-fire saved that cat
I freakin hate people like that getting all up close taken pics
If people didn't get all up close taken pics and video, you wouldn't as easily get to see videos like this. Reporting what is going on is a HUMAN right and in cases like these it provides the simple recognition of heroism that firefighters deserve.
sometimes the incident commander will even request dispatch for a photographer for documentation purposes. these can be used for media sources as well
reviewing video again not observe shadows, other reflexes are not perceived in 2:14 minutes starts to form a diabolical face, and there is no glare for 2:36 minutes and are three people walking right toward the left.
So glad the cat was saved; however can someone get some water on the fire.
Poor kitten I'm crying because of this video
thank you for saving that cat because they are so fucking cut
And that's why firefighter is better than policeman now a days :)
YEAH!!! Give that man a MEDAL!!
Am I the only one who's had nightmares of their pets being in this situation?
Am so happy he saved that cat
A true hero!
But why did he use a ladder instead of a sky lift?
Seems dangerous...
Actully another fire fighter is holding the ladder and the other one is saving it
so I was watching video games tricks and 5 minutes later I see saving a kitten and now I can't stop watching these what is wrong with me
without firefighters we would all die and our pets ;(
I like how there’s snow outside-
Welldone fire man
That's my dad!!!
#hero
Your dads a hero
Tell your dad to give me that cat
Natasha Perez diana
Diana sachez tell your dad to give me that cat
good job u make her really happy I bet
Quick to judge. Maybe they have saved their children and firefighters did not want them to return to save their cat.
these videos are so educational
If i was that lady, i would be in f***ing tears.
Isn't the helicopter kind of fanning the flames here? Look at them.
