For the reason :
1. Kafka boss will impair Dominated debuff to that one character in the team, one character that got debuff will attack a random ally in your team
2. If your ally team don't use decrease debuff like Huohuo, your team in one of that ally team will get downed easily

the deer don't have lightning and wind weakness tho, it's already good. if svarog is the boss i believe it will atleast 70k++ dot

For info the deer has 40% damage resistance against both wind and lightning and at 2nd phase it uses its skill which increases its defence by 200%. Doing damage with all of that is actually insane.
