This is all bakwas in Pakistan the way the take money in advance through booking deposit and instalments before possession. Anywhere in developed countries the developers have to invest %100 their own money and once the project is completed then they ask for total amount. And 10% deposit sits in trust account where developers have no access till handing over possession. These I'd it's in Pakistan use people's money and become rich on their money and deny possession in the end or prolong for long time. All BS system in Pakistan. Customer money is at high risk and these illiterate developers take advantage of everything. Cheaters...
