The beauty of Azerbaijan. Your showing the beauty of very modern cities but also traditional religious buildings and markets, that contrast works really well. And night filming as well of course.
Baku looks amazing, and since we love anything UNESCO, this would be an amazing city to explore. Love the cobblestone roads, and tons of narrow alleys to get lost in - neat cafes and restaurants to hang out in. I think Baku has some of the weird looking architecture, and I saw one of them were under a construction with sort of looking like a gate. Look at the three flame looking buildings lit at night!
Never heard of Baku but it looks like an interesting place. It seemed a lot more modern that I had expected. The balance between old and new is good. And the musuem at the end, so futuristic!
Yeah, Azerbaijan has quite a lot of futuristic building, that's the reason it is compared with Dubai, The city has a contrast between old and new which make this place quite unique.
first time seeing or hearing about the place.... interesting... places there looks very spacious... it seems you need to do a lot of walking..hahaha the shopping district looks like a high end place somewhere in europe... there's plenty of places to see there... thank you for sharing 😎👌
Thanks for sharing! Never heard of this place! Love learning all the info! Bummee about some of your video not working on the inside of the one building! Love all the old architecture and roadways!
Such an amazing gem of a city! 😍👍 The landscape around the area, castle, modern buildings, fountain.... beautiful! 🔥 Loved those flag waving people on the light up buildings. Great tour. 😀
I'd love to see Baku-been thinking about making a trip out to the countries in the Europe/Asia border area (Georgia, Armenia, etc.). Seems like this region isn't on many american's radars yet. The Palace of Shirvanshahs looks so unique, as well as those two curvy skyscrapers.
Yeah, these regions are quite unexplored, but recently gaining popularity, especially Georgia. These countries may seem quite similar but in reality, they are quite different from each other.
Thanks for the video. We visited more or less the same spots in Baku. Zaha Hadid museum is a great place, but I remember that surrounding buildings really spoil the view.
I'm not familiar with the country and the city, thanks for sharing some part of the world. That city looks interesting, very clean, uncrowded and the architectures are blending from European, Moorish and modern architectures. How was the city is it cheap or expensive?
I did not know that it's the lowest lying national capital in the world. I would like to climb up to the top of that tower; do you know if there is a fee to do so? Cool-looking carpet museum building! Interesting-looking fountain with the metal balls--what are their significance?
I have never seen inside of Azerbaijan. This was really insightful. How many days would you suggest staying inside the country? Where did you sleep while you were there?
This is actually nicer than I would have thought. Good video, smooth, nicely shot. Definitely makes me want to go there. And I shall!
looks amazing, i might be convinced to go there now
A lot things to do , big like .
And that building at the end of your video...WOW!!
