- Well I planned on visiting the Hellenic Airforce museum after the airshow, but they only open to the public on weekends. Fortunately seeing a Mirage F1 at the gate then stumbled upon the F-102 later on Saturday, led to my curiosity on getting close to it. I not sure if I’ve seen the F-102 or was it the F-106, but today I can say I saw the F-102. And when got to the F-102, there was some more aircraft and amongst them was an F-84, which I haven’t seen. Music rights are owned by the respected artist.
It wouldn't have been an F-106, those were never sold abroad. Greece was one of the only countries besides the US to operate the F-102.
I was referring to a Jet on display in Michigan i wasn’t sure if it was a F-102 or a F-106 since I never returned there. This F-102 from Greece I can confirm now seen an F-102 in my life.
