Thanks for all your videos. I love them. I was wondering how it is possible to infuse fresh plants in oil. What happens to the plant juices? Would it not cause bacterial growth if fresh plant juices seep into the oil? Or does it all evaporate during the cook time?
I'm kind of confused, when you said separate the oils from the water I don't recall you putting water in the oils and herbs. I thought it's just olive oil n herbs in the pot? Also what's the benefit of this herb?

That’s why I set it overnight to separate oil and water. If you won’t use them soon, add some vitamin E would be another solution.

No. They’re not same properties and those are butters and not oils. You need to reformulate.

左 手 香 ? 請問 右 手 香不香? 其實「左手香」這是錯誤的名字，正確的植物名稱是== 到 手 香。因為這是 「閔 南 話」發音所產生的誤解。台語 「 到 」 的發音 和「 左」 的發音是 相同的。 年輕人不了解台語，所以就翻譯成 左手香。我以前想不通為何這植物為何叫 左手香，後來在 農 業 學 校 看到了 這植物的正確名稱才想通。只要碰到它的葉片手上就會沾上強烈的味道，所以才被稱之為 「 到 手 香」。
在台灣講左手香、到手香都不會有理解問題，反而國外的稱呼比較複雜，畢竟它生長的區域太廣了😂

管狀的蠟要高一點，管狀擦、瓶狀挖都會碰到，裝什麼容器端看個人喜好。加了薄荷腦擦起來會涼，薄荷精油擦起來不涼。
