Often, they then think they're dying/have something seriously wrong when they go into labour 😁 A shop assistant I know (and see 3 times a week) didn't realise she was pregnant until 7 months. And nor did anyone else notice - including me. In her case, she was a few stone overweight. So I just assumed she was plump - I didn't notice a protruding bump, really.
Ik this reply is really late but here is how she didn’t really have a bump: so sometimes the baby can move to the side of your stomach (near you ribs I THINK) and so that causes you to not be able to see a bump I hope this helps x
