James, I made it ten minutes in, and I have no idea what the point of this is
Basically it’s a philosophical analysis of the properties of accusations. Some of the results are surprising. Being a scientist, I find it surprising that accusations can be very effective in the absence of any evidence for them!
The paper uses Promise Theory that applies to all agents, including humans and computers, but I find it hard to conceive of how today’s computers could make an accusation.
I find it super surprising that philosophers have mostly ignored accusations so the paper makes a significant original contribution to knowledge.
If this is not your thing, move onto one of the other papers. I hope you will find something interesting.
