I can spot the difference between Bacolod and Iloilo's type of city development. Bacolod's high and medium rise buildings are scattered across huge swaths of land, while that of Iloilo is concentrated in business parks such as Iloilo Business Park and near diversion road. Bacolod is more spread out.

You highlight too much the Lacson Ave developments, it's not really as impressive because of the many empty areas with lots of squatter clusters at the bay fringe, as if Bacolod is still too provincial. It would have been more impressive if you panned also from SM towards the old downtown up to Government center, because there are many buildings there, they may not be as tall but the area looks more like a city because the many street grids have buildings, not empty areas with lots of squatters. There might still be few tall buildings at Upper East but the SM-Government center drone view is still more big-city like.
Agree to that, but as of now, I am limited by the ability to extend my Range from Mandalagan to Old Governemnet Center since I am in a fixed location when flying. I hope to have a good position at SM Area
