Clark to be a Justice of ye Peace & President of ye Court of Justice in ye County of Sussex formerly called ye Whorekill, who with any three other Jus- tices shall be a Court of Judicature in ye sd County giveing the full Power to Act in ye sd Office according to Law & ye trust reposed in thee, of wch all persons are to take Notice & to give the due respect & obedience belonging to thy place in ye discharging of thy Duty this Commission to be in force for ye Space of One Year after ye date hereof or untill further Order.
