Some Cummins blocks I believe the high outputs came with 2 Cam bearings I was told that I didn't have one when I had my transmission out 1 day and then when I had to get my engine rebuilt My machinist when I asked him to replace them he said the rear one was a Cam bearing as well, not a bushing. He showed me both they were identical.
