Hello my friend thank you for your comment. Dualtron x2 is always 2 wheel drive. If front wheel not spinning, is a faulty scooter , you should returned it.
@@IGNITION1978 Hello! Thank you for you answer. I transported the unboxed X2 in my car and the front motor cable came undone. I soldered it back together and it has been working perfectly. There is only one speed limit wire in the X2. All the best!

Hello my friend thank you for your comment, did you charged the battery on the stem? Did you press the buttons on the side of the stem that gives power to the lights? If all of above are good , then try the remote control buttons that came with the scooter. Try changing color etc
