    My 2021 was fantastic. 4500 miles and 133 hours over 2 seasons. ZERO issues with an average speed of 34 mph which is hauling the mail.
    No plugs, no hyfax, no bearings = NO problems.
    Just kept the maintenance up and warmed it up until 90 degrees before taking off. One chain case oil change and two pairs of carbides. Threw a new belt on the beginning of season 2.

    I agree with what you guys say, my 22 650 has been flawless with 0 issues. I came off of 800 Cats and this motor is very comparable along with great fuel and oil economy.

    Great review! I switched to Polaris for '24 after 22 years on Ski-Doo's. I was interested in the 650 but didn't have a chance to ride one so l went with the 850 as l've had quite a bit of seat time between a couple this season. I'm going to test ride a 650 next season before l order my '25 and l'm really looking forward to it. The only downside to the 650 that l could possibly see is if it has the power to run the big trails in the U.P. without having the flipper to the bar all the time like my buddy does with his 600R. It sounds like the 650 has quite a bit more power than the 600R so it'll be interesting to ride one.
    Again, l love watching your videos and l'm learning soooo much about Polaris sleds from you and Bruce, you guys are great! What really appeals to me most about your content is that you're obviously Polaris enthusiasts but you don't brag them up beyond belief and over exaggerate their attributes like the ambassadors (of all brands) do. Don't change a thing and please share my thoughts with Bruce, as well. Well done!!!!

    I put on 1600 miles on my ‘23 650 with no issues. I’m onboard with Bruce’s program with a small block sled in the tight and twistys. I’ll be reaching out to him this offseason about some shock work. Sounds like he has his XCR dialed in.

    I was really considering a 650. Back in the day smaller cc's meant a lighter sled. When I started researching these sleds I didn't believe the 850 and 650 were the same weight. Knowing that I went 850

    Certain people say I won't be riding too much longer. My wife said, "Go buy the sled of your dreams." Bought the 650 137in. Sled from the dealership came all scratched up from how they cared for it. Dealership didn`t see an issue with panels with scratches, A-arms with marks all over. You get it. 850 total miles. High idle come to find out it might be some type of air leak? It has been in and out of the shop without Polaris having any idea within what to do to fix it... Now a different dealership has it for how long? All I want is from them to give me a new motor or a new sled from the 23` model year. I keep all my stuff looking and working nice until now. I believe my motor is compromised and Polaris is not willing to do anything.

    • @JESSEJAMES322
      @JESSEJAMES322  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      unfortunately there will be sleds that have issues. a good dealer (SouthSide) would be doing all they can. im sorry you are dealing with that but every manufacturer has issues.

    • @rickreid5896
      @rickreid5896 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don't get it. You said you bought a used machine that has scratched panel and a-arms. I am assuming they didn't do any of this after you purchased the sled?
      The fact that they can't figure out why you have a high idle says more about the dealership than it does about the sled. IMHO If it's warrantied it should get fixed but thinking they owe you a brand new 2023 seems a bit over the top. You bought a used sled and you got a used sled. Even if someone bought a new sled 3 years ago, it should be fixed but it's never gonna be replaced with a brand new 2023

    • @snowclips9
      @snowclips9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Never said I bought a used machine. It was brand new from the dealership. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase the machine at my normal dealership for known reasons.

    I had a friend that had a 98 700 xcsp liberty, he was a beer drinkin, pot smokin assho-- but that guy could ride a sled, he beat that sled like none other, every summer he would just let it sit out in the weeds and come winer fire it up with either and beat the hell out of it again and again until there was nothing left of that Great Sled, 9600 miles and that engine was still running strong, now if you run a sled hard at all they just blow up, I used to go logging with a 71 398 Charger, we out ran a cop one night bar hopping with my friends sisters canoe with 2 guys on the sled and 4 in the canoe, I had a 95 498 long track that had 13000 miles and I soled it to a guy that worked for Midwest Outdoors, he used it to pull the gear to make the shows, look at the Engine that replaced it the famous 550f what a piece of sh-t, they should be sued and I hope they do, the best mechanics in the world could not stop that engine from blowing up, what ever happened to 100 MPH Ditch Bangers that rode all night and didn't have a care in the world, because they knew that there sleds were goanna get em home, you guys have all the tools in the world to make a god affordable sled but you wont why?
