      By discarding the trap and xyz it over a giant mimighoul by utopic alt summoning condition.

    How do you play around impulse?

    • @frixio2367
      @frixio2367 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      You can play around it in many ways , you have ip and the throne bounce , plus the lock from the field spell as well as room which is a book of moon , so you have a variety of different interruptions that you can rely on against impulse

      Dominus Impulse.
      It locks you out of EARTH, WIND and LIGHT monster effects and Mimighouls are all EARTH, so because they flip on your opponent's field, they can't use their effects because game rules essentially say "they belong right now to your opponent so technically they're the ones activating the effects".
      There are workarounds, as mentioned even in the comment above.

    how does playing more archfined and slime play through impulse? wondering when i play this

    • @willytonjc
      @willytonjc 7 วันที่ผ่านมา +4

      He said that if he gets Impulsed, Archfiend flips the MG monster on their field to Atk position and basically run them over with Accesscode, Master, or Giant.

    • @leekyonion
      @leekyonion 7 วันที่ผ่านมา +5

      Yeah, basically force a flip and go big pp damage into smoll attack monster for game

    • @BigBoi898
      @BigBoi898 6 วันที่ผ่านมา +5

      @@willytonjc this is the incorrect answer though, and not what the guy meant. The relevant parts of Dominus Impulse for this situation: "If your opponent controls a card, you can activate this card from your hand. When a card or effect is activated that includes an effect that Special Summons a monster(s): Negate that effect"
      Meaning you cannot be Impulsed (from your opponent's hand) going first if you activate a Mimighoul's self-summoning effect while you control no cards. By going first, if first thing you do as the Mimighoul player is special summon a Mimighoul to your opponent's field (so you activate its summon effect from hand while controlling no cards), then you can flip that monster with a normal summoned Archfiend, it triggers, and switches to your side of the field, leaving you with two bodies without ever fulfilling Impulse's condition to activate. Do mind that Slime is not a good partner for Archfiend to flip in this scenario, cause it has a special summon effect when flipped, which, at this point, would allow for Impulse to activate (since you'd be controlling Archfiend by then). Dragon + Archfiend however (going second), can clear the opposing monsters and give you two bodies, without giving Impulse a window to shut our Mimighouls down.

      @willytonjc 6 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@BigBoi898 Fair enough, but my point still stands that you could potentially beat the sh*t out of a flipped Mimighoul while under Impulse.

    • @BigBoi898
      @BigBoi898 6 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@willytonjc you'd also need a LOT of extra extenders to be able to do that. One card from your hand already got stopped by the opponent Impulse, you gave a mimighoul to them you cannot use, and you used up your Archfiend to flip it. The remaining 2-3 cards you have in your hand has to be very specific to be able to produce something real good here.
