Hey Guys!! I hope you all enjoy this video where I take you through a step by step process of creating a men's wedding band, woman's matching band and matching hoops all using the herring bone style! Nice video. A tip for quickly cooling your metal. Place it on your bench block. The heat will move from your hot metal until both are of equal temperature. This is the second law of thermodynamics , heat moves to cold.

It looks great, but if it's for yard/outdoor work you might consider making an open/split ring as it's safer if it catches on something.
