There is no such thing as a Rallizes '88 demo, but only a bootleg called France Demo '88. the actual recording you've uploaded here, and what that bootleg takes it's material from, is a live performance from October 27th 1979 at Hosei University. i encourage you to familiarize yourself with the need to research Rallizes material before spreading incorrect dates and titles.
