Thank you so much for this, I was doing what I thought was a surgeon’s knot but turns out I was doing it wrong! That explains why my bracelets kept braking lol ❤

This must be the 8th or 9th video I have watched to try and learn a surgeons knot. You are the first video I have found success with. Thank you for stopping my descent into knotting madness,

Thank you for this! I loved the bracelet kit I got a while ago and finally sat down to make some bracelets. It would have been SO HELPFUL to have included a link or a mention or something about this video in the kit instructions. I ended up doing my best but it's not as nice as this would have been.

Thank you so much, I was making bracelets for my club at school but the bracelets knots kept breaking. Then I found your video and even though it was short it was extremely helpful more helpful then those videos that are like 5 minutes long for one knot

My bracelet kept coming apart; with a regular old knot.
But this surgeon's knot; stops it from coming apart.
    Thanks a ton.

This is my go-to line. I use 15 lb. Test and night fish a lot and when you pair this line with a blacklight, you have no problem seeing your line.

I followed these directions to a T and after tightening, I pulled beads on each side very gently, and the knot did not hold.

thank you for the explanation... but seeing how you do it WITH BEADS would be even more helpful. It's not the knot I'm having trouble with, its keeping the beads in place while tying it. Very frustrating.
