@@florian785 Hey Florian, wir erstellen keine neuen Programme mehr auf Deutsch deswegen haben wir das Body Tranformation gar nicht mehr auf der deutschen Seite angeboten. Die englischen Programme sind aber sehr leich verständlich (wenn du die TH-cam Videos verstehst, sollten dir die Programme auch kein Problem machen. Für jedes Programm müssen wir Steuern berechnen, die sind je Herkunftsland unterschiedlich. Deswegen wird der dementsprechende Steuersatz dann erst im Warenkorb angebenen (geht technisch leider nicht anders). Wenn du das Body Tranformation willst solltest du also die englische Seite auswählen ;).

This is what happened after 7 months of training this way. I used progressive overload,adding one rep every week for every exercise. I got very buff however I suffered from golfers elbow injury on both arms which occurs due to overuse of forearms muscle. GUYS keep in mind this workout doesnt address forearm extensors and flexors strengthing so DO THIS WORKOUT KEEPING IN MIND CORRECTIONS EXERCISES. And dont forget to stretch

I did this routine for a month and yes it worked i gain some muscle (no especific diet just low in carbs) I also improve in strength, I would love to see more of this programs on your channel keep the good work love your channel !
ctl-xi 99 no just started one day and did it for 30 days, I experienced results keep doing it with some changes due to the actual situation I’ve change some exercises
Thanks a lot guys. Beforehand I struggled to do one proper pull up, and could do only a few shaky dips. After doing this workout for three months I can do 6-10 of those. I can almost do a pistol squat, too. The best thing is, that this is not nearly as fatiguing as my previous workout, but it is more effective.

Hi guys! I've just finished the final work out of this programme so here is a bit of feedback. I've been doing callisthenics for a couple of years and sub both your channels. I used rings for my exercises. I did a mobility routine over the weekend. Week 1, good start but feeling 'Rag Tag and Bobtail'd at the end of the week (Rag Tag and Bobtail were TV puppet characters from the early 60's) Week 2 (on holiday) starting to get easier Week 3 increasing reps and variety Week 4 went for failure on the last last set on the firt 4 exercise - that worked. Great routine, really enjoyed it - thanks.
Alex has THE BEST voice and friendliest politest pronunciation even with accent. I wish he would read literature classics and lullabies to us for stretching after the workout 😍

Fantastic! Love your channel. Vertical pull, horizontal pull, horizontal push, post and ant legs, core. However, would I be wrong to say maybe a vertical press movement is also needed to make this a more complete workout?
I just finished my first week in this program, it's tough not that easy, but I like the combination of upper body Hypertrophy and lower body muscles endurance. I will update this comment to submit the results after finishing the fourth week.
I finished this program, and it was great since it helps me to do more pull ups. I did elevated Pike Push up, instead of dips because I don't like to have that big chest. This program was designed to upper body Hypertrophy and lower body muscles endurance. The legs part was killing. The volume per week was ok, but I will do 4 sessions per week next time for better results .
So I've been doing this program for a week and a half so far. The workout is agonizing. Not really because of the toughness bit your muscles are under tension for such a long time. Because the workouts are scales to be more difficult with more rest time. The workout is pretty long and painful. However, after just a week. I went from being able to only bench 75lbs for 6 reps to benching 110lbs for 6 reps. It was such a huge gap in strength in just a week that I had to make this comment. I hope everyone gives it a try
if anyone cares. UPDATE. after week 4 i can see im still slowly gaining size and strength. I can still only do the same exercises with better form and slower reps but not a harder progression yet. i went from doing chin ups to pull ups with a band assistance and pike push ups and close-grip instead of just regular. calisthenics is slow and hard work, but ill keep continuing to do it.

This workout is insane and I have tried it and transformed well but due to no dips done by me I lack lower chest muscle bcoz I don't have dip bars and now performing these over wall
Increase the rest time to enable you to get the volume, then dial back the rest time over the 4 weeks. If you've never looked into workout periodisation, a workout like this is a good place to start. As you can easily increase intensity to achieve overload (by adding weight, or increasing time under tension or decreasing recover time)
I did this routine and eventhough I didn't gain that much size, this programme is awesome for a beginner that wants to get better a the basics. I used this till I got to 4x10 with the pull ups and it worked amazingly
@@Thetravelingmonke Yea bro thats what I did exactly.Right now I do s workout with weighted pull ups , +6kg.I know they are not that much but I am not working out for too long.I don't what my level is for sure , but I hold front lever for about 15 secs the max , back level the same , I do muscle ups etc.I haven't practiced planche yet.
That means this ab exercise is too difficult for you that you cannot maintain a posterior pelvic tilt. Choose an easier ab exercise. A one which challenges you but you can do it with perfect form and posterior pelvic tilt

Decided to get the full course 1-5 levels to starting paying some support to Egg and Sven, got some blue shorts as well, and as suggested started at level 1. It seems a little slow/light compared to the 4-week body transformation, but in the long run this will be a better and more complete overall training. Good job @Calisthenicmovement !

Hey guys. This is truly a great workout and I've been doing it for a while now. However, after I complete the "Chin-Up Dips" sets, I am super exhausted and barely able to proceed with the Push Ups (can barely do 6 for 5 sets). Should I do a longer rest in between then or should I cut down on my reps in the sets before. What do you think? Thanks in advance.

I don't know about that push up cluster set, I only would be able to do 2-3 sets of my 50%.

It seems a little slow/light compared to the 4-week body transformation, but in the long run this will be a better and more complete overall training. Good job @Calisthenicmovement !

Hey guys. This is truly a great workout and I've been doing it for a while now. However, after I complete the "Chin-Up Dips" sets, I am super exhausted and barely able to proceed with the Push Ups (can barely do 6 for 5 sets). Should I do a longer rest in between then or should I cut down on my reps in the sets before. What do you think? Thanks in advance.
