since I have been caught up way to much in social media this holiday, I have decided to go a day without and cut of my growing addiction. I've got to mention that personally for me, it worked; not right away but progressively I cut off and set a time limit for my apps. now, I mainly use my phone for study purposes... so if you were like me (addicted to social media) and want to cut the addiction. A day may not be enough, but PLEASE try restrain yourself and find other hobbies to do. it could be going for a walk, drawing, cooking, anything really to keep you from being tempted to scroll on your socials.
anyway, I hope you enjoyed this week's video and I will see you in 2 weeks time.. since school is starting 😭
