Really important insights. Solitude can be an opportunity to recharge (cause people pleasing and performing are exhausting) and reflect on who we actually are. Finding or spending more time with people who put you at ease and energize you is very healing, cause they're who we can be authentic with. You have great energy and props to you for being so open :)

I can recommend the book, A Hidden Wholeness the journey toward an undivided life by Parker J Palmer. The problem with living an authentic life is understanding the role a narrative plays in our lives. This book helps with the language of the authentic self. What it is, what it isn't.

Do what you love and makes you happy, and
if anyone has a beef with that...we dance battle.
    1) Tidy up your bookshelf for the New Year
    2) Say "Marya Vasilevna" every once in a while (maybe put her in some song lyrics...like Rush would)
