Hi maam do you have deed of sale? Pwede naman po yon but you need to meet and the old owner sa pagibig office and you can ask them all the procedure, on the other if you dont like to do that process pwede din naman pero you need to fully paid it to pagibig present your SPA so that the title will then be release to you and process the sale of the pasalo unit.
