Egg scramble in tomatoes

* Ingredients *
2 tomatoes
2~3 eggs
a little broccoli
a little mozzarella cheese
a little salt
* Cooking directions *
. 1 tomato, 2~3 eggs, a little broccoli
. Make egg wash with 2~3 eggs
. a little broccoli
. Cut the top of the tomato and scoop out the inside.
. Add oil to the pan and make scrambled eggs.
. Add broccoli and cook.
. Fill the tomatoes with scrambled eggs and top with broccoli and cheese.
. Microwave the stuffed tomatoes for 3 minutes.
. Cut tomatoes
. Enjoy
