Jaya ji, very nice. We south Indians need more idly batter so we used to remove a tray from fridge. One more tip u can grate the coconut and keep it in freezer for a month

Jaya ji tomatoes shouldn't be kept in fridge... My suggestion is cut fruits finish it of as it losses its nutrients value when kept in fridge... Try to get medium size fruits which can be finished when cut...

I have used that shelf liner you showed in one of kitchen cabinets ...it serves the purpose but make cabinet smells very bad...better use another one

Where do you get the matka in USA? I live in California, & am looking for one... Please let me know where you get one.. I NEVER keep any water bottles in the fridge, & we NEVER use "cold/cool drinks/beverages" as they are called.

jaya ji,one querry,is i hv to keep big vessel of milk stock everyday in fridge specially in summer,it takes lot of space so how i manage?
You can divide the milk in different milk pots which consume less space or you need to adjust other things in that shelf to make it work.

How can we clean stubborn yellow stains inside the fridge? Its very difficult to fade them away..Please let me know any tips...How to take out command hooks from walls in rented house and reuse them once again..Please make a video on them..
Hello Sufi, can you please tell me how you got those stains? And for hooks, in India, Command hooks from 3 M brand is not easily available, so I have no idea if you can re-use them. But for normal adhesive hooks, once you use them, then there is a very less chance for reusing. Probably by nailing them you can re-use.

Hi Radhika ji, no need to buy frozen banana (even I am not sure if it's available in indian market) all you need to do is cut ripen banana into small pieces and store them in either zip lock bag or freezer safe containers. Even you can make some ice cream out of them. 😊

HI JAYA I want to ask a question .My matress has brown colour if Iam clean it with baking soda and vakum that is going wrong or wright?
Hello Sameer ji, If your are using baking soda on mattress then that's okay as you are using vacuum to remove it. It won't leave any residue and it will be cleaned :-)
Tomato catchup ,malai from milk ,dry fruits, masala, chatnis, cut vegetables, non cut vegetables, achar jar, aata dough,water bottles,dry coconuts cup,dry fudina n fenugreek.... I require this too to organize

Yes, we do face problems at that time. But all our neighbors are kind enough to share their fridge space for a while :-)

Nice ordered fridge. Can you give some organization ideas for storing dabbas and empty containers. I have lots of containers like Tupperware boxes etc.
Thanks soumya. I do not have many dabbas, only 3-4 in different sizes for in case I need them. It's always better to purge if you are not in need of many dabbas :-)

I do the same for the freezer area but did not find the main one impressive nor reasonable. We cannot expect leftovers to be only one or two, sometimes it's more. Moreover storing milk in a jar is also not feasible , to keep warming it 3 times in a day , I need to repeatedly empty it in a vessel which is not good. Moreover batters and all for a huge family will never come in a small box , they need huge containers .
pehle fridge pani ko thanda rakhna k liye jana jata tha bt abhi yeh sonchne wali baat hogayi k bas ab konsi chiz hai jo hum fridge may nahi raksakte! LoL👍😄👍

Thank you for this lovely video. Just two weeks ago I organized my fridge. I pulled everything out and I started seeing food groups and categories. So I decided to organize accordingly. I also labeled the shelves so that it's easier to maintain and not get absent-minded and start shoving things here and there. Now I have food categories such as dairy, bread, leftovers, etc. I am quite pleased with the set-up. :)

Curd has lactic acid bacteria where yogurt has lacto bacillus Bulgaria and streptococcus. In the process of fermentation, these bacteria can be found. You can see on internet, there are so many explanations. I read from there only to understand the difference too 😊
