Its a common misconception. But sensual bachata was created by Korke and Judith. So in a sense everyone was inspired by them. Daniel and Desiree started their own style at around the same time that ended up being categorized as sensual bachata even though its roots were quite different from what korke and judith did. E.g. Daniel and Desiree are obviously inspired by hiphop (obvious from the way they dance to the music they choose to the way they dress). If you observe more carefully and less superficially you'll notice Luis and Andrea don't look as similar to Daniel & Desiree and more similar to K&J (but still have their own style). In the end everything is sensual bachata so it will look kind of similar, just like when Jazz Bebop all sounds similar and all Baroque music sounds similar and all Classical Music sounds similar. Of course, thats why they are categorized like that, otherwise the labels would be silly. Hope it helps you understand things better! :)
