After the SHAVE was finished, we applied a COLD TOWEL to close the pores and an AFTER SHAVE to soften the skin. 💈

These wet shaves are TRUE tingles.. even good asmr vids aren't always going to produce a physical reaction.. but that sound of the brush mixing the shaving cream and the application to his face....🥴🥴🥴🤤
So glad this wasn't like the last "old school shaving" video I watched, where the barber was placing so much emphasis on doing everything right in the old fashion way, including using one of his vintage barber chairs... and then the very first thing he does is pull out a futuristic looking rechargeable trimmer to trim the guy's beard before going to the straight razor... yeah, exactly like old school barbers used to do back in the early 1900's. It was such a joke to see that take place. Anyhow, I just recently got into straight razor shaving, shaving soaps, leather strops and all those cool old shaving rituals and I love it. I do have to say though... old school shaving doesn't match the efficiency, ease or precision that using modern shaving equipment offers, but it does offer a whole new and more involved shaving experience and I do find it quite appealing... glad I decided to get into it! That was a fantastic old school shave!
I like this video, everything you want to see in a shave video amd the sounds are fanstastic. Great second pass. I would though love to see an unedited or much longer version of all the prep. Especially setting up the table. Nice job!
