Videos like this prove the efficacy of having solutions that go deep into the thought process for derivations. Yes, I completely understand that the best learning happens with struggle. However a very well explained derivation, not just one that shows key steps without explanation, is going to offer similar insight. I would argue it's just as effective if a learner then goes on to apply what they learned.
That was worth about 20 hours of staring at a fluid mechanics book in 10 minutes. I'll be rewatching this again and again.
