Korean Steamed Eggs Recipe [Wife's Cuisine]

  • Korean Steamed Eggs Recipe for 2 people
    ingredients: 5 eggs, 1.5cup water, kelp (4 x 4 cm), 1TS of salted shrimp, green onion, sesame, sesame oil
    seasoning ingredients: 1TS of cooking wine, pepper
    step 1. put water, kelp, 1TS of salted shrimp in a pot. When the soup boils,
    take the kelp and shrimp out.
    step 2.put the eggs into a bowl and add the seasoning ingredients. Cut the green onion in ring shape
    step 3.when kelp soup boils, pour the egg liquid, and in medium heat, stir
    evenly.
    step 4.when egg gets white and lumpy, weaken the heat and cover for 2 min.
    step 5.put out the heat, then add green onion, sesame and sesame oil.

    That was beautifully done! Very graceful and quiet, and good subtitles, too! I'm a little bit afraid of those tiny shrimp, but I can try it once or twice. That really looked great at the end, with the steam coming out. Thanks!

    저도 한번 해봤는데요. 엄청 맛있었어요. 다만 왜 제 달걀찜은 부풀지않는것인가! 달걀 3개로 해서 그런가요?

      이교앙 그 냄비뚜껑을 안덮어서니지않을까요???? 그릇으로 덮어야 되야 되는것 같아요

      미림은 달걀찜이나 소스류, 조림 또는 국물요리에 단맛과 풍미를 주고 잡내를 줄이는데 사용하면 좋고요~ 청주는 고기나 생선류 등의 잡내를 없애는데 사용하시면 돼요^^

      sujin soo 실온에 둔 달걀로 해보세요! 냉장고에서 막 꺼내면 차가워서 그런지 저는 잘 안되더라구요 ㅎㅎ

      물 한 컵은 200ml랍니다. 불에 끓이면서 만드는 달걀찜은 무쇠냄비나 주물냄비 또는 뚝배기를 이용하셔서 만드는 것이 좋고요~ 뚝배기가 없으시면 사기그릇에 달걀물을 넣은 후 냄비에 넣고 중탕으로 쪄서 만드는 일본식달걀찜을 만드셔도 좋답니다^^

      불에 끓이면서 만드는 달걀찜은 무쇠냄비나 주물냄비 또는 뚝배기를 이용하셔서 만드는 것이 좋고요~ 뚝배기가 없으시면 사기그릇에 달걀물을 넣은 후 냄비에 넣고 중탕으로 쪄서 만드는 일본식달걀찜을 만드셔도 좋답니다^^
