I use Duraclear High Gloss Varnish.

It will not dry out if that's what you mean. As long as you keep the cap on the bottle. I still have some inks from this video 😊

OK, next time I will try to slow it down for you, I don't want the finished video to be too long so I tend to speed up the repeated parts.

I know your comment is almost a year old, but if you watch the video from the youtube.com there is a settings icon you can click and watch the video at half or quarter speed. I do that sometimes if I'm trying to see certain techniques that flash by too quickly in the video.
