I love the brown glasses. My grandmother used to have some very similar when I was a kid and I remember she would use the shorter rounder one for pudding or ice cream for us during special holiday dinners.
Awe, I had the bedroom set that included that white dresser all through my little girl to teenage years! 😍 It was that dresser, a tall skinny dresser, canopy bed, desk, and night stand. Your video brought back so many memories! 🥹 Thank you for sharing! ❤

OMG 😳 the Santa ornament you showed was the very first Christmas ornament that I bought for our first tree when me and my husband got married oh way back in 1976! It still goes on the tree every year lol 😝

What amazing finds from the bins, I’ve never been that fortunate! I may have to plan a trip to Kentucky. I’m in Virginia & it’s about 40 minutes to my closest bins store but it never has much in the home goods section! Enjoy all your goodies!
I just love how your style is coming together! I have watched your channel for quite some time now! I too love the blue, red, brown and green transferware and all the dishware you find! Including white ironstone!! The pitchers and creamers are my favorite and I have quite the collection now! Although I love so much of the cottage core decorating and find ways to incorporate it in my home, I have to say I am a bit more eclectic and also gravitate to the darker warm tones of primitive country as well! Somehow I make it all work and flow in our home to make it my style which feels like home! I get so many compliments from others that our home feels so warm and inviting! I have gained so much inspiration from many wonderful you tube channels that enjoy sharing their love of decorating and of course, thrifting and antiquing! One of my favorite things to do! Thank you for your inspiration! I now think I will try out the bins which are also an hour away for me! I am now curious to check it out! Your home is lovely and I love that rocker! I never thought there were that many nice finds in the "bins" but you hit a bonanza of them. Everything came together very pretty. I have a larger Santa like your ornament. They always looked like he was dancing a jig. I believe they were manufactured in the early 1970s, so over fifty years old, probably.
We do the bins here but watch how you dig, last one I did I almost got cut, there were 4 broken wine glasses with sharp edges broken or broken off stems with big sharp spikes. I did notify them. I love looking for old books to decorate with. I do get lots of blankets n rugs for the cat rescue.
You would love thrifting over here in the U.K. I moved here from the States seven years ago and my word the things you find are amazing every time I go thrifting I think about you especially when I find iron ware I wish I could send you some but I also miss yard sales they are starting to become popular over here now I lived in North Carolina so I miss going to them on that area love your pieces Miranda 🥰

That scalloped ironstone ladyfinger bowl was such a good find. Those are hard to find and very pricey! I wish you would have gotten it. Those are like my dream score when I'm out.

Your good will had lovely items. I like buy items that I can put faux flowers and greenery in. I haven't collected plates or baskets or large items yet. Mostly small. I was nervous they would break from my kids. I started collecting last year. My favorite I found was my hutch I can store my items in and they feel safe lol

I just loved this thrift haul! I love how your hubby not only joins you, but he enjoys the pieces too and searches for the treasures right along with you! That is just so sweet and brings my heart joy for you both. I wish we had a bins close to my home but we do not. I did go thrifting today and found several beautiful pieces. I also love blue and white dishes and have a collection.
The dresser you liked, I own the exact same one I bought for my daughter at an antique shop close to my house. I thought someone maybe painted it like that but nope it was exactly the same.

I believe the short brown glasses you bought are desert cups.
They appear to be about the size of Pioneer Woman's desert cups.

Yes it’s definitely too big for the living room and no room in any of the bedrooms unfortunately, they are very small but no worries I will definitely find a home for it one day and I’ll hang onto it until then! ♥️

I just loved this thrift haul! I love how your hubby not only joins you, but he enjoys the pieces too and searches for the treasures right along with you! That is just so sweet and brings my heart joy for you both. I wish we had a bins close to my home but we do not. I did go thrifting today and found several beautiful pieces.
