I have been struggling daily, dizziness, light headed, panicked! Dr. says anxiety! I have had anxiety for years now, but never this bad! Have you had these symptoms?!
yes, ive had all those symptoms. dizziness, passing out, throwing up, depression, suicidal thoughts, etc.I use to have panic attacks so bad that my whole body would cramp up and my bones would hurt. I would have to take a nap immediately after because the adrenaline would exhaust me so much. I went to therapy and did Neurofeedback & it helped SO MUCH. My panic attacks are basically gone now & I can cope with life. Youre not alone. You can get through this. I know its so hard! XOX
I also have to add It Cosemtics bye bye under eye concealer. However, it's super thick and she could never use it the way she does in this video but it does an amazing job at concealing and brightening the eyes. Warning: a little, and I mean a little, goes a long way. I have to warm in on the top of my hand before applying but it seriously AMAZING!!!
I don't really know what's going on with all of the anger from viewers but it's just crazy to me. Like she's not a politician that is going to impact the lives of a country, she does makeup. any mistake you think she has made probably is irrelevant to your life completely. Um they're not mad about her videos.. If you're able to read then you'd know that her and becca made a product line, they wanted to save money so they made the palettes in China. Which makes the quality 10x worse. Then jaclyn would block anyone on social media who gave negative feedback of her products.

Jaclyn, you're one of my favorite youtubers and I never, ever miss a video. Though I can't recreate all your looks, I think you always look stunning and you're one of about five YTers that really TEACH about makeup application. I was as excited as everyone else about your product release with Becca, as I own and love Champagne Pop like so many. The eye palette situation was truly unfortunate and it was nice for you to explain it on Snapchat. I do believe, however, that as someone with over 3 million subbies, you should have made an actual YT video to talk about it. A surprising amount of people don't actually have snapchat so, a lot of people were in the dark. You could probably still make a video with a quick update. It's only fair. Regardless, I'm sorry it happened but that's life. I'm still a loyal sub, and I wish you all the best!

+venus Basically, Becca contracted a different lab than usual to formulate the eye shadow palettes. While a lot of people had palettes with shadows on par with Becca's usual quality, that is creamy, blendable, pigmented, a lot of people got palettes with dry, chalky shadows that were poor quality. The palette has since been discontinued, and Jaclyn went on Snapchat to take onus for the situation. I know she feels awful, and I can't imagine how bad it sucks. I just think it would have spoken more volumes to address it on a platform that created her fan base, the audience she advertises all of her product releases to.
It's not even that big of a deal anymore because there's like 1 million videos of her apologizing on Snapchat on TH-cam mistakes happen she apologized for it she even said they will reimburse the money and they discontinued the pallet so I don't know why people are making such a big fuss about it she's already so overwhelmed with the whole situation why do people just keep putting her down it doesn't really matter where she made the video on Snapchat or TH-cam what matters the most is she took actions for her mistake I don't know why nobody sees that she didn't have to she did because she was a good hearted person she did it because the make up is her passion and her subscribers means the most to her i'm sorry Jacqueline for what you have to go through because honestly Jaclyn I don't think it's your fault yes you chose the colors but you're not the one who manufactured it and I don't think you could actually done anything about it
+barsha baral unfortunately, it is still a big deal only because there are so many people who are or were unaware. When you want to create a reputable brand and have people purchase your product, integrity goes a long way. Not say she didn't act with integrity, but she didn't utilize her main platform to ensure everyone was made aware. I'm in no way bashing Jaclyn, as I stated, I'm a fan and have and will continue to support her because I generally trust her taste and look forward to her products. This comes down to brand management and marketing 101. If you want people to trust you and your product, you have to be transparent on all available platforms. Shit happens, and this was an unfortunate thing, but there's no reason it has to follow her into the future where other projects are concerned.
I know this is a weird request but you should totally do a makeup look with just using lipsticks. Kinda like the highlighter challenge. I think it would be so interesting to see what you would do with that!

I loved Jaclyn but I feel the same way.. I'm not excited to click on her videos anymore... it seems like she rarely puts up videos and if she does its the same as everyone else's...just using the new morphe this or makeup geek that, or "reviewing" another TH-camrs product that we HAVE to have.
Jaclyn, could you possibly do a video on your essential oils and what blends you use? I was so interested by it on your snap and ran to buy a diffuser and some peppermint oil!
Basically they recalled the palette so it wont be sold anymore. Apparently a large amount of the palettes were made in a different factory to what Becca normally uses so they were really bad quality and people compained, so Jaclyn decided to pull the whole palette so it wont be sold (only the face palette will be sold)! Even though apparently in her contract, Jaclyn was only responsible for the 'shade' not the formula, its still her name on the product and there should be product quality control (when the company tests the quality of each bach), and Jaclyn kept saying it wasnt her fault that the bad palettes were released, let alone making any of her followers outside of snapchat know of the situation.
I don't understand why a company like becca would use an other factory that turned out to be not a good one. I think that's weird. I do feel sorry for jaclyn 'cause it's not her mistake, but she's "paying" for it

I broke both sides of my left ankle on May 29th and my ankle was detached as well; so I had to have surgery last Monday and have screws put in to put it back together. It's just been a rough and painful trial and being in a bed gets overwhelming but watching your videos always cheers me up. I actually feel relaxed and calm when I'm normally emotional. Also, I have such a wonderful husband and to cheer me up, he bought me the champagne glow collection for my birthday and I LOVE it. My eyeshadow palette was one of the good ones too. 👍

I saw your snap last night and, not to be condescending in any way, thank you for remembering your silent subscribers! I have been following you for a few years; I remember when you it 1 million. I am 26 years old, I rarely wear makeup, most days I let my hair air dry and put it in a ponytail at lunch time (I work in the farming industry, so I don't need to slay everyday). I don't watch your videos because I am crazy about makeup, although you have helped my makeup abilities immensely. Most importantly, watching your videos has improved my self confidence. When I do my makeup now, I walk out the door feeling good, even though it's probably not perfect, I still feel like I did my best. You have taught a lot of people that being yourself is ok, and that is SO important to remember. Keep doing what your doing and continue to think about the 3 million subscribers! Because the love that we all have for you far outweighs any negativity that you may see.

I wish all Jaclyn's subscribers had her snap chat, then they might listen when she said not to reply to negative posters, as it just causes arguments which she doesn't want on her channel. Some comments are so negative and nit picking, but if everyone ignores it and does reply, then that persons power is gone.

Becca was the one in charge of choosing the manufacture and doing quality checks yes jaclyn has her name on the product, however she only created one shade, because becca agreed that the shadows would be of becca quality and standard. It is in no way solely jaclyn fault that the pallet wasn't up to standard. AND lastly however she wants to address the situation is her fault, if you expect her to make a huge deal of it by making a whole TH-cam video saying exactly the same things she has said that's silly, she can do what she wants how she wants as long as it does not harm others , becca has given refunds to anyone dissatisfied with their product...... So if you think she is unprofessional keep believing that, I'm not here to change your opinion I'm just saying by addressing something on snapchat it is in no way professional xx

Ha, I haven't found a product (foundation/concealer....) that would be fair enough for me! I have to mix everything with a white foundation. Well actually I mix a little bit of a coloured product (the lightest possible shade) into the majority of white foundation lol.

yes, ive had all those symptoms. dizziness, passing out, throwing up, depression, suicidal thoughts, etc.I use to have panic attacks so bad that my whole body would cramp up and my bones would hurt. I would have to take a nap immediately after because the adrenaline would exhaust me so much. I went to therapy and did Neurofeedback & it helped SO MUCH. My panic attacks are basically gone now & I can cope with life. Youre not alone. You can get through this. I know its so hard! XOX

+April Pitre the only thing I was wondering is why is this person even commenting on her video if they don't like her? Everyone has their own problems and one isn't more than the other or less than the other. She was venting on snapchat and I felt for her, she is the first to say that there are bigger problems but sometimes she can't deal with being judged all the time. I've looked at a lot of the comments and I am absolutely disgusted at the hatred directed towards Jaclyn just for SLAYING life! I mean honestly people grow up!! Jaclyn, you're one of my favorite youtubers and I never, ever miss a video. Though I can't recreate all your looks, I think you always look stunning and you're one of about five YTers that really TEACH about makeup application. I was as excited as everyone else about your product release with Becca, as I own and love Champagne Pop like so many. The eye palette situation was truly unfortunate and it was nice for you to explain it on Snapchat. I do believe, however, that as someone with over 3 million subbies, you should have made an actual YT video to talk about it. A surprising amount of people don't actually have snapchat so, a lot of people were in the dark. You could probably still make a video with a quick update. It's only fair. Regardless, I'm sorry it happened but that's life. I'm still a loyal sub, and I wish you all the best!

+venus Basically, Becca contracted a different lab than usual to formulate the eye shadow palettes. While a lot of people had palettes with shadows on par with Becca's usual quality, that is creamy, blendable, pigmented, a lot of people got palettes with dry, chalky shadows that were poor quality. The palette has since been discontinued, and Jaclyn went on Snapchat to take onus for the situation. I know she feels awful, and I can't imagine how bad it sucks. I just think it would have spoken more volumes to address it on a platform that created her fan base, the audience she advertises all of her product releases to.
It's not even that big of a deal anymore because there's like 1 million videos of her apologizing on Snapchat on TH-cam mistakes happen she apologized for it she even said they will reimburse the money and they discontinued the pallet so I don't know why people are making such a big fuss about it she's already so overwhelmed with the whole situation why do people just keep putting her down it doesn't really matter where she made the video on Snapchat or TH-cam what matters the most is she took actions for her mistake I don't know why nobody sees that she didn't have to she did because she was a good hearted person she did it because the make up is her passion and her subscribers means the most to her i'm sorry Jacqueline for what you have to go through because honestly Jaclyn I don't think it's your fault yes you chose the colors but you're not the one who manufactured it and I don't think you could actually done anything about it
+barsha baral unfortunately, it is still a big deal only because there are so many people who are or were unaware. When you want to create a reputable brand and have people purchase your product, integrity goes a long way. Not say she didn't act with integrity, but she didn't utilize her main platform to ensure everyone was made aware. I'm in no way bashing Jaclyn, as I stated, I'm a fan and have and will continue to support her because I generally trust her taste and look forward to her products. This comes down to brand management and marketing 101. If you want people to trust you and your product, you have to be transparent on all available platforms. Shit happens, and this was an unfortunate thing, but there's no reason it has to follow her into the future where other projects are concerned.

Basically they recalled the palette so it wont be sold anymore. Apparently a large amount of the palettes were made in a different factory to what Becca normally uses so they were really bad quality and people compained, so Jaclyn decided to pull the whole palette so it wont be sold (only the face palette will be sold)!
Even though apparently in her contract, Jaclyn was only responsible for the 'shade' not the formula, its still her name on the product and there should be product quality control (when the company tests the quality of each bach), and Jaclyn kept saying it wasnt her fault that the bad palettes were released, let alone making any of her followers outside of snapchat know of the situation.
I don't understand why a company like becca would use an other factory that turned out to be not a good one. I think that's weird.
I do feel sorry for jaclyn 'cause it's not her mistake, but she's "paying" for it

I broke both sides of my left ankle on May 29th and my ankle was detached as well; so I had to have surgery last Monday and have screws put in to put it back together. It's just been a rough and painful trial and being in a bed gets overwhelming but watching your videos always cheers me up. I actually feel relaxed and calm when I'm normally emotional. Also, I have such a wonderful husband and to cheer me up, he bought me the champagne glow collection for my birthday and I LOVE it. My eyeshadow palette was one of the good ones too. 👍

I saw your snap last night and, not to be condescending in any way, thank you for remembering your silent subscribers! I have been following you for a few years; I remember when you it 1 million. I am 26 years old, I rarely wear makeup, most days I let my hair air dry and put it in a ponytail at lunch time (I work in the farming industry, so I don't need to slay everyday). I don't watch your videos because I am crazy about makeup, although you have helped my makeup abilities immensely. Most importantly, watching your videos has improved my self confidence. When I do my makeup now, I walk out the door feeling good, even though it's probably not perfect, I still feel like I did my best. You have taught a lot of people that being yourself is ok, and that is SO important to remember. Keep doing what your doing and continue to think about the 3 million subscribers! I went onto the Sephora website because I was interested in purchasing the face palette that launched today.. After reading the reviews, im very confused. There are THOUSANDS of people claiming that Sephora has been deleting all negative comments in order to only show one side of the story.. and also people are saying that the formulas have changed. Shady business..
And I recently watched Stephanie Nicole's video concerning Jefree Star, the whole GC scandal with MannyMUA, and now this.. Very highly trusted names in the beauty community are slowly becoming less trustworthy..

I can relate to u on the girls teasing. I get teased about my size because I am so skinny. But I learned how to deal with it an block them out because God make me this way and he made me this way for a reason.

Ha, I haven't found a product (foundation/concealer....) that would be fair enough for me! I have to mix everything with a white foundation. Well actually I mix a little bit of a coloured product (the lightest possible shade) into the majority of white foundation lol.
