i know its really basic concept, but i couldnt understand why val1 and val2 were put in [ ] and when returning we didnt need braces. Why was that?

Promise.all takes any number of promises in an array . Here promise1 and promise2 and will return result if both of them is resolved and the returned result is also in an array format . Here he destructed that array to val1 and val2 .and the result from the function should be sum of result of both promises , ie val1+val2 is returned. Console the values in bw.yhen you will understand
