Okay, Aaron is my favorite rider forever after listening to this interview. Great job to Jayce with the interviewing and thanks for getting him on the pod. Talking racing is cool, but the truths of life he speaks here are a blessing to be heard. Moving forward and taking action with belief, valuing your time, and realizing that your worth is not found in things that can be taken away, but rather the love and relationship's you have with people, the beauty you observe, your fitness, your pursuit of learning, and God's love for you are where our real contentment is found. Hearing Aaron speak on depression is very touching as I have been experiencing it heavily lately. Some other takeaways are "not getting caught up in the results of where your at" and instead learning something from each race with a bigger goal in mind. For example, to paraphrase Aaron, beating Timmy in the local 80cc class race doesn't matter, focusing on the bigger picture, learning from each race along the way, and winning an AMA title does. Or a UCI championship in his case!
Gypsy this pod with Gwin was sooo sick 🔥 if you ever have him on again do you think you could ask him about his chain less run in 2015? I didn’t realize how gnarly this dude was til I looked him up 🚀
Great interview as usual - I like Aaron Gwin even more now- real dude with a ton of knowledge and great solid character !!
This might be one of my favorite podcasts of all time!

That felt great, thanks boys!
For sure we need a movie/doc about Gwin’s journey … would be so sick 🥳🏆 ❤️
I appreciate this interview Jayce. Nicely done dude.
Thanks so much mate
I'm sure that there's should be a movie based on Aaron's story of becoming a downhill racer and it will be really successful.
1:31 Donning Kruger effect. So sick
Good...💪
The most important thing he says in this whole interview is at 1:28:48
I completely agree!
1hr 15 to go!
A "RedBull" moto themed Factory Intense M279 coloursheme would look pretty....
