On a 2501 newly refurbished PCU is printing lines and the drum cleaning blade is not cleaning the drum, what can be the cause of that ? Before use I did a TD initialize and a developer mixing.
in the minute 4:26 i advise you to align the development gear holes to the up position, you should be able to note them, and this is the purpus of manufacturing them with the small hole in only one side,believe me try it.
I bough ricoh developer drum unit complete. but had to refill the developer powder inside. Printing test page shows many uneven and mixed marks. And the original drum developer unit has jst thin lines but evenly distributed printing on other places. Why is this new one worse than the one that came with machine?

This is a very simple fault. My guess is that the copier has not been maintained for a long time. So open the front door and unscrew the gray cover and remove it. There is a small laser glass in the middle - remove it and clean it. The problem will pass. But if the problem continues, it is possible that the machine has already made 60,000 copies and you need to replace OPC DRUM, BLADE, DEVELOPER and CHARGE ROLLER.
sir we cleaned as u told , the problem has been solved , but new problem started ariving , a thick line is arriving at the top. can u figure out what is the problem ?

When i start machine at a sudden it gives beep and says toner depleted, then it says add toner. When i remove toner assmbly and starts machine it gives add toner, it means error is from the unit other than toner assembly.
It means that everything is fine. The developer has a capacity of 60,000 copies so it's time to replace it again. Remember DRUM, BLADE CHARGE ROLLER DEVELOPER, always replace every 60,000 copies. However, every 120,000 copies, replace FUSER ROLLER, PRESS ROLLER

Insert a small flat screwdriver between the plastic housing and the screw and at the same time remove the screw with a Phillips screwdriver.

the MP2001 2501 models are very sensitive to dirt. perform complete printer maintenance and the problem will be solved immediately

sir its a white line, images is diapperaing in the particular line ..its a horizontal line
If you left the DRUM UNIT in the sun for the repair, it could be exposed to light. I would replace the OPC drum and Cleaning Blade.
