Your mom is precious! So happy she got to see all the beautiful colors of Autumn! My precious mom died in May 2019 at the age of 85! She was a good momma and granny!

Your mom is right on the difference in seafoam and divinity. Divinity also uses more Karo syrup than seafoam. That is why seafoam is lighter and divinity is heavier. Your mom looks great. Happy Birthday from the Florida Panhandle. I love to hear the elderly tell great stories. I learn so much from them. Glad my man, Big T got to go for a ride with you two. Hey 👋 Big T. One adventure I loved was when I took my mom up the west coast from the San Francisco Bay Area up to Victoria BC. We had such a great time. She passed away two years ago at 104 years old. Miss her so much

Yes, I agree with your Momma that divinity and sea foam candy are nearly the same thing. My Mom used to make divinity candy with walnuts in it. She passed away in January this year at the age of 88. Miss her daily. Enjoy the precious moments with your Mother! 💗😊

Sea foam candy is more like what my dad used to call caramel
It has brown sugar and dark syrup!
We also made divinity but it was made with white sugar and light corn syrup!
My mom used to make potato candy with a cooked potato and powdered sugar and peanut butter.
Did your mom ever make potato candy?

Divinity is made with white sugar............sea foam with brown sugar.........in our family we much prefer divinity (with chopped pecans in it!)........Loved the video with your Mom.
