Benjamin Molina fronties are great for building back and quad strength, for sure it would help!

Typically, we would program front squats as a B1 after deadlifts. The front squat could definitely be used as a primary lift depending on what stage you are in your program and where your strengths/ weaknesses are as a lifter

I'm weak off the floor on deadlifts that's why I put it in then after but I wasnt sure if I should keep it there or move it over to after my heavy squat day

Luke Maxx Chewning, slow off the floor could also be a positioning issue. if your position is good then building as much quad strength as possible is the key. I'd add is paused front squats too
