As someone who’s homeschooled, it’s really not bad! Obviously this is just my experience and I can’t speak for everyone, but I go to co-ops twice a week, play volleyball, do competitive theater, and have plenty of friends. Public school was actually the worst experience I’ve ever had, and as shocking as it sounds, I’m more social now than I was while I was in public school! Homeschooling has actually become a lot more popular amoungst kids, which has opened more opportunities for socialization and overall school progression. I’ve been able to get so much further ahead in my class work while homeschooling compared to public! So please don’t see homeschool as pure isolation or see homeschooled kids as “weird isolated kids who never go outside”, because it’s far from that for alot of people! :)
@@susanrobey1430 Very good! I can hold a conversation, I can talk to people casually without feeling awkward, and I have pretty good manners. Obviously there are other things that go into social skills, but those three are the main things people seem to think I lack when I tell them I’m homeschooled lol.
@@susanrobey1430 Oh, and please don’t take this as me trying to bash the public school system, that is 100% not my intention! I have massive respect for teachers and everybody else who works in the school system. I was just trying to shed some light onto homeschooling and explain that it’s not really little house on the prairie or the Duggar’s.
My american dream is, no kids, mo money, and... mo money😂
Stop it 😂
Home schooled feel bad for the kids
Really? And so is me coming home wanting to kill myself every day from school. Other kids kill themselves period form school.
