I really don’t know how I came across this recipe but I am sure glad I did and is now a “Keeper”!!!! Just made this for my wife and I and it came out “The Bomb”!!!!! Just like the others here I did wonder about the “Mexican Sauce” issue but since it is just used as a glaze I went with Sriracha myself because it is basically a Honey/soy/Sriracha glaze. My question is: what would you serve as a side?? Since it was just my wife and myself we had 2 pieces each and no side. Full as hell and very satisfied!!! Brava e muchas gracias 🎉👍🏻😊😜

The recipe is interesting, BUT the stuffing could be better. I would prefer to make little "matambres" and serve with salad or rice. I found the Mexican sauce to be vague. It doesn't describe anything.

You need to pep up your videos if you want to maintain interest. The recipe looked lovely…. but I switched off as you ‘carressed’ the oil mixture . It was that or b lulled to sleep by the music. 💤

It's pretty terrible when the video goes so fast you can't even pause it to understand what is going into a dish, but it's honestly even worse to have a video drag on like that. Editing, it's important. I thought it was pretty rude to waste all that time show me how to paint each individual chicken thigh and then roll each individual chicken thigh, and slowly and gently place it into the dish. Come on.
He makes quite a lot of dishes with eggplant, so you won't lack for vegetarian options. Just remember there are people who do eat meat that will enjoy this recipe. It takes all kinds to make the world go round after all.
