Shaye is excellent on both the piano and the cornet and shows great artistry as the leader of her traditional New Orleans jazz band, Tuba Skinny. She is also a gifted arranger and composer, as well as being easy on the eyes.
My daughter and I made a diversion from our trip back to Canada, to New Orleans April /23 to see Shaye, with Tuba Skinny. Hoping to catch up with her again in /24 in New Orleans playing piano, truly amazing musician.
Wow that's how my Mom played the piano. Brought back memories. And she had a band she played out. Did alot of square dances. And she was also not an organist at church. Love this group. God bless
